Significant participation
In Farm Credit Armenia UCO CC there is no significant participation, because the organization is governed by the principle of one member - one vote.
Farm Credit Armenia is regulated by the Laws of the Republic of Armenia, regulations of the Central Bank of Armenia and FC by-laws.
Each member of the cooperative has the right of one vote regardless of its share of participation.
